By booking a treatment or purchasing products from Mick Me Up Teeth Whitening, you agree to the following:
 

1. Services

• We provide cosmetic teeth whitening treatments only (not dental services).

• You must be 18+ to receive treatment.

• We may refuse treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.
   

2. Client Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You are fit for treatment and have no untreated dental issues

• You have provided accurate information

• You understand results vary by individual
   

We are not responsible for results affected by lifestyle or failure to follow aftercare.
 

3. Products (Third-Party Suppliers)

• Some products are sourced from third-party suppliers

• We do not manufacture these products and rely on supplier-provided information

• We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Product defects

  • Misuse or incorrect application
     

You are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability before use.
 

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings require deposit or full payment

• Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received
   

5. Liability

• Treatments are carried out with care, but:

  • Mild sensitivity or irritation may occur

  • Results are not guaranteed
     

We are not liable for third-party product issues except where required by law.
 

6. Amendments
